Terms of cancellation valid for 'Standard rate'

Cancellation deadlines

• Law season:
  Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
  If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  
  
• High season (Festspiele and Advent season):
  Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
  If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

After the cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge the total amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

In the event of an invalid credit card, you will have the opportunity to update your credit card details within 24 hours. Please note that otherwise your booking can no longer be held.
